Fixed serialnum in for divDraftViewer in timeline, it wasn't incrementing for items coming in via websocket.

Fixed double-appearance of items from daveverse or linkblog. We changed how this works, now we only include items from the subscription list we use for feedland.

Added a new icon that opens the edit window, so you can quickly move off it, and re-establish, to get a look at something that's hidden behind it.
