I don’t care how much money you have. I find that rich folk expect you to defer to them in every way, they look at you with a mix of disgust and wonder if you appear to have something to offer them that won’t cost money. They already have everything money can buy.
They get a lot of reinforcement for this view.
But our power comes from working together. If you’re rich you’re still a person.
And I suppose it’s possible for a very wealthy person to act like a regular mortal person, I have met one or two, but mostly they react with amazement at the uppity hubris of this person who has no superpowers like they do deigning to have a thought of conversing with them.
You can see the truth, the super wealthy are the same as we all are, and they have self doubts the rest of us don’t. They think their wealth gives them superpowers, but really the wealth gives them super weakness. And inside the know their life is a lie. Their farts still stink. They still seek love and understanding. And they die, just like the rest of us.
