Today I'm moving all the new code from the timeline work into the main files for WordLand.

After that, I'm going to improve startup performance, especially for linkblogging, which is now very slow because it's waiting for a lot of things to happen that don't matter for it.

Then, back to work on CSS styles for tablets and phones. Have a strategy for that. The status column will not be present, but of course you will be able to access the functionality, probably through icons in the leftmost column.

Then let things settle in before digging up any more stuff. But pretty soon the timeline adventure will be done, ahem, and it will be a two-way blogging platform that looks and behaves just like a social media app. That's always been the goal. Writing you've already seen, but reading and writing with all the pieces connected.

It's why, in emails, I refer to this as Radio WordLand. A hat-tip to Radio UserLand circa 2002.

And of course we have bugs! Always. And that's the way it is. 😉
